Address Book is a simple program for storing and retrieving names,
addresses, and telephone numbers. It stores first name, last name,
2 lines for address, city, state, and zip code. It also will allow
up to 4 telephone numbers: home, work, cellular, and FAX. You can also store
up to 4 E-Mail addresses, in case you want to keep track of CompuServe,
Internet, etc. addresses. In addition, it allows designation of each name
entry as Personal (friend, family) or Professional (co-worker, client, vendor,
etc.). It prints a list in a clean, easy-to-read format, and allows you to
choose which phone numbers to print, and choose among All, Personal, and
Professional names and addresses.

Address Book is shareware, not free software. It is not expensive, however!
The registration fee for Address Book is $17.50 + $2.50 S/H. Registered users
will receive a disk containing all the Address Book files (ADDRESS.EXE,
ADDRESS.HLP, and CTL3DV2.DLL), and gain additional functionality: the program
will also import and export DBF and CSV (comma-separated values) files, so
you can use Address Book's data in other applications.
